How to Add the Shopify Order Status Page Extension

The Order Status page extension displays rewards information whenever a customer returns to check on their order. Unlike the Thank You page (which customers see once, right after purchase), the Order Status page is visited multiple times — when tracking shipping, checking delivery status, or reviewing past orders.

This makes it an ideal place to surface referral links, social engagement opportunities, and VIP tier status, since customers see it repeatedly.

Steps

Step 1: Open Checkout Settings

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings (bottom left corner)
2. Click Checkout
3. Click Customize next to "Checkout" to open the checkout editor

Step 2: Add the Extension

1. In the checkout editor, navigate to the Order status page using the page selector at the top
2. Click Add app block (or Add section) in the left sidebar
3. Find Oshi in the list of available app blocks
4. Select the Oshi rewards block to add it

Step 3: Position and Save

1. Drag the Oshi block to your preferred position on the Order Status page
2. Click Save in the top right corner

What Customers See

When customers visit their order status page, the Oshi block displays:

• Their Bitcoin rewards earned on the order
• A personal referral link they can share with friends
• Social engagement options (if you have social rewards enabled)
• Their VIP tier status and progress (if you have VIP tiers enabled)

The specific content shown depends on which reward programs you've activated in your Oshi dashboard.
