After a customer makes a qualifying purchase, a "share slot" unlocks in their rewards portal. They open the Share & Earn drawer, pick a platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), post about your business in their own voice, and paste the link back into the portal. Sats are credited instantly and show up in their redeemable balance. The reward is eligible for clawback during the standard lockup period if the post turns out to be fake or gets deleted.

How to set up UGC rewards

UGC rewards support 10 platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Nostr, Telegram, and Rumble. You can enable any mix of them and set a different sats payout for each.

We don't enforce tagging at the system level, but you can encourage it through the content guidance field on your dashboard. Most merchants add a line like "tag us @yourhandle" or "mention our referral link for bonus sats." Customers who want to maximize their earnings tend to follow the guidance.

Rewards are credited instantly to the customer's sats balance inside your rewards portal. They're immediately redeemable for discount offers at your store, and withdrawable to any Lightning wallet after the standard lockup period. UGC sats follow the exact same lockup rules as purchase and referral rewards — nothing special.

Every submission shows up in a table in your dashboard with the post URL, platform, and sats paid. One click on the clawback button reverses the reward — the sats are debited from the customer's balance and returned to your wallet.
