How to Manage Your Rewards Settings

Each reward program in Oshi can be activated or deactivated independently from its own tab. You control each program directly where you configure it.
Steps
1. Navigate to Your Loyalty Program
From your Oshi dashboard, go to Loyalty Program. You will see a set of tabs across the top, one for each reward program.
2. Select the Program You Want to Manage
Choose the tab for the specific program you want to enable or disable:
- Purchases — Base purchase rewards (percentage-back on every order).
- VIP Tiers — Spending-based tier system with increasing reward rates.
- Referrals — Rewards for customer-to-customer referrals.
- Social — Rewards for social media follows and engagement.
- Ways to Redeem — Customer redemption options for earned rewards.
3. Activate or Deactivate the Program
Each tab has a toggle to activate or deactivate that specific program. When you deactivate a program, it stops distributing rewards immediately. Your configuration and settings are preserved so you can reactivate at any time without having to set it up again.
Note: Disabling one program does not affect the others. For example, you can pause Purchase Rewards while keeping Referrals and Social Engagement active. Each program operates independently.
Important: If Purchases, VIP Tiers, and Referrals are all disabled, customers have no way to earn rewards when they shop at your business or are referred by someone. This also means they will never receive an invitation to access the rewards portal, which is where they claim their referral link, earn social engagement rewards, and redeem rewards as store credit. Keep at least one of these core earning programs active to maintain your loyalty program.
