How to Manage Your Affiliates
Last updated March 2, 2026
The Affiliate Program > Affiliates tab is where you manage everyone in your affiliate program — from reviewing new applications to monitoring active affiliates.
The Affiliates Table
The table shows all your affiliates with the following columns:
- Email — The affiliate's email address and their oshi.link (or custom domain) URL
- Affiliate %/$ — The commission this affiliate earns on referred purchases
- Customer %/$ — The discount or Bitcoin back the customer gets when using this affiliate's link
- Discount Code — Their Shopify discount code, if applicable
- Status — Approved, Pending, Denied, or Revoked
- Actions — Menu to view details, edit settings, or change status
You can search by email or discount code, and filter by status. Use the Export button to download your affiliate list as a CSV.
Reviewing Pending Applications
If you have Require approval enabled in your application settings, new applicants go into a pending state. When someone applies, you'll receive an email notification.
A Pending badge with a count appears in the top-right corner of the table. Click it to filter by pending affiliates.
Click on any pending affiliate to open their details. You'll see their application information — name, email, website, social handles, and promotion strategy (depending on which fields you configured). From here you can:
- Approve — The affiliate is activated and receives their link. A welcome email is sent automatically.
- Deny — The application is rejected.
You can also configure their commission and customer offer before approving. See How to Customize Affiliate Commissions and Customer Offers for details.
Viewing Affiliate Details
Click any affiliate in the table to open their detail view. The Overview tab shows:
- Their name, email, and application date
- Their affiliate link (with a copy button)
- A summary of their active offer — customer reward amount, discount code, eligible products, minimum purchase, and attribution window
- Their application details — website, social media profiles, and promotion strategy
Revoking and Re-Approving
To remove an affiliate from your program, open their details and click Revoke. Their link stops working and they can no longer earn commissions.
If you change your mind, you can Re-approve a revoked or denied affiliate. Their previous configuration is restored automatically.
Welcome Emails
A welcome email is sent automatically when you approve an affiliate. It includes their unique affiliate link and access to their portal.
If the email wasn't sent or you need to resend it, open the affiliate's details and click Resend Welcome Email. You can also bulk-send welcome emails by selecting multiple affiliates from the table.
