How to Customize Your Affiliate Program Branding
Last updated February 28, 2026
Your affiliate program has several branding touchpoints — the signup link, the link preview image, and the brand assets you share with affiliates. Customizing these ensures a polished, professional experience for anyone you're recruiting. All of these settings live under Affiliate Program > Sign Up in your dashboard.
Signup Link
Oshi generates a branded affiliate signup link at oshi.link/a/{your-id}. Find it under Affiliate Program > Sign Up in your dashboard. Share this link anywhere you want to recruit affiliates — your website, social media, email outreach, etc.
If you've set up a custom domain, the signup link uses that domain instead. See How to Set Up a Custom Referral and Affiliate Domain for details.
Link Preview Image
This is what people see when your signup link is shared on social media, messaging apps, or anywhere that renders link previews (Open Graph / Twitter cards). Find it under Affiliate Program > Sign Up.
- Recommended size: 1200×630px (1.91:1 ratio)
- Format: PNG or JPEG
A preview below the upload shows how the card will appear, including your domain, business name, and a subtitle like "Promote {Business} and earn Bitcoin."
If you don't upload a link preview image, it falls back to your business cover image.
Brand Assets
If you have logos, brand guidelines, social media templates, or other promotional materials you want affiliates to use, add a link in the Brand Assets URL field under Affiliate Program > Sign Up.
This can point to a Google Drive folder, Dropbox link, Notion page, or any URL where you host your assets. Affiliates will see this link in their portal so they can access everything they need to promote your brand correctly.
What Affiliates See
When someone visits your signup link, they see a branded page with your logo, cover image, commission structure, and the application form. Once approved, affiliates access their own portal where they can view their link, track performance, and find your brand assets.
If you're a Shopify merchant, you can control which products or collections are eligible for affiliate commissions — see How to Set Up Referral Rewards for details.
What's Next
- Configure your application settings — Control whether affiliates are auto-approved or require manual review, and choose which fields appear on the application form.
- Set up a custom domain — Use your own branded domain for referral and affiliate links instead of oshi.link.
- Set up referral rewards — Configure what referrers and referred friends earn on qualifying purchases.
