Understanding Your Rewards Activity
Last updated February 28, 2026
The Rewards Balance page gives you a full picture of how your rewards are performing. Beyond just your current balance, you can track the value of your rewards over time, see how they're being distributed, and review your funding history.
Rewards Value Chart
This chart tracks the value of your rewards balance over time. Because rewards are denominated in sats (Bitcoin), their dollar value fluctuates with the Bitcoin price.
Since Bitcoin has historically appreciated over time, many merchants have seen the value of their rewards balance increase — effectively generating an ROI on what is essentially a marketing spend. This is one of the unique benefits of a Bitcoin-based rewards program compared to traditional points or cash-back systems.
Rewards Distribution Chart
This chart shows the status of all rewards distributed from your account, filterable by month. Rewards fall into three categories:
- Claimed — The customer received the rewards notification and clicked the "Claim Rewards" button. This is effectively their opt-in to your rewards program. Once claimed, all future rewards from purchases are also automatically claimed.
- Pending — The rewards have been distributed and the customer has received a notification, but they haven't claimed them yet. Pending rewards are still within the 30-day claim window.
- Recycled — The customer did not claim their rewards within 30 days. These sats are automatically returned to your rewards balance, replenishing your funds.
Rewards Invoices
The invoices table shows every funding transaction on your account. Each entry includes:
- Payment method — Whether you paid with Bitcoin or dollars
- Transaction type — Manual load or auto recharge
- Date and sats received
- Reference ID — For dollar payments, this links to your Stripe invoice
Use this to track your funding history and reconcile your rewards spend.
