How to Filter and Search Transactions
Last updated February 28, 2026
As your transaction volume grows, filters and search help you quickly find what you're looking for. You can narrow down by event type, reward status, or search for a specific customer by email.
Filtering by Status
Status filters let you see only transactions in a specific state.
- In the Reward Activity table, look for the filter controls above the table
- Select one or more status filters:
- Claimed — Rewards that were successfully claimed
- Pending — Rewards waiting to be claimed
- Recycled — Rewards that expired and were returned to your balance
- Opt-Out — Customers who declined marketing during checkout
- Returned — Rewards clawed back due to refunds or chargebacks
Each filter shows a count of how many transactions match, so you can see at a glance how your rewards are distributed.
Filtering by Event Type
Event type filters let you focus on specific kinds of reward activity.
Available event types:
- Purchase — Standard purchase rewards
- Social — Social engagement rewards
- Referral — Referral bonuses
- Commission — Affiliate commissions
- Offer — Offer redemptions (gift cards, discount codes, store credit)
- Bitcoin Payment — Bonuses for paying with Bitcoin
- Club Membership — Wine club member bonuses
You can combine status and event type filters. For example, filter to see only pending + purchase transactions to find purchase rewards that haven't been claimed yet.
Searching by Customer Email
Use the search bar above the table to find transactions for a specific customer.
- Type the customer's email address (full or partial)
- Press Enter to search
- If no exact match is found, the dashboard suggests similar email addresses that might be what you're looking for
Search runs server-side, so it handles large transaction volumes without slowdown.
Exporting Filtered Results
After applying your filters, click Export to download the filtered results as a CSV. The export respects all active filters, so you only get the transactions you're looking at.
Nested bonuses (referrals, commissions, offers) are expanded into separate rows in the export for detailed analysis.
