How to Add Custom Products to the Oshi Marketplace

Last updated March 6, 2026

If your business doesn't use Shopify or WooCommerce, you can still showcase products on the Oshi Network marketplace. The Featured Products panel lets you manually add up to 6 products with a title, link, image, price, and category.

Custom products appear everywhere synced products do — in Top Picks, on affiliate pages, and in the product directory. There's no difference in how customers experience them.

Who This Is For

This feature is available to any business that hasn't connected a Shopify or WooCommerce store. If you use BTCPay Server, Zaprite, Vinoshipper, Square, or any other payment or commerce method, you can use custom products to get your items into the Oshi marketplace.

If you do have Shopify or WooCommerce connected, your products sync automatically and this manual flow isn't needed.

Steps

  1. From your Oshi dashboard, click Oshi Network in the left sidebar
  2. Select Storefront
  3. Scroll down to the Featured Products section

Step 2: Add a Product

  1. Click Add Product
  2. Fill in the product details:
    • Title (required) — The product name customers will see
    • Product URL (required) — The link where customers can purchase the product
    • Image (required) — A product photo or graphic. Must be PNG or JPEG, max 3MB
    • Price (optional) — The product price shown on the card
    • Category (optional) — A product type or category (e.g., "Coffee", "Apparel", "Gift Cards"). This is used for filtering in the Shop by Store view
  3. Click Save to add the product

Repeat this for each product you want to feature. You can add up to 6 products.

Step 3: Feature Your Products

Once added, your products automatically appear in the Featured Products list. Toggle which products are featured to control what shows up in Top Picks.

Editing and Removing Products

  • To edit a product, click the edit icon next to it and update any fields
  • To remove a product, click the delete icon. This removes it from your storefront immediately

Image Tips

  • Use a clean product photo on a white or neutral background
  • Square or landscape images work best
  • Keep file size under 3MB (PNG or JPEG only)
  • The image appears on product cards alongside your card overlay logo
