How to Set Up Your Business Profile

Your business profile controls how your brand appears to customers — in rewards emails, the customer portal, and anywhere Oshi presents your business. Setting this up early ensures a polished experience from the start.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Business Settings
From your Oshi dashboard, go to Settings and select Business Settings.
Step 2: Enter Your Business Information
Fill in the basics:
- Business Name — How your business appears to customers
- Business Email — Contact email for your business
- Business Website — Your store URL
- Business Phone — Select your country code and enter your phone number
- Business Description — A short description of your business (max 200 characters)
Step 3: Set Up Your Branding
Upload your visual assets and choose your brand colors:
- Logo — PNG or JPEG, 1:1 ratio recommended (400x400, 512x512, or 1024x1024px). This appears in rewards emails and your customer portal.
- Transparent Logo — PNG with transparency or SVG. Used in contexts where your logo needs to sit on different backgrounds.
- Cover Image — PNG or JPEG, 3:1 ratio recommended (e.g., 1500x500px). Appears as the banner in your rewards notification emails.
- Primary Color and Secondary Color — These set the color scheme for your customer-facing emails and portal. When you upload a logo, Oshi automatically detects the dominant colors — you can click any of them to use as your primary or secondary color.
A live preview on the right side of the page shows how your rewards notification email will look with your current branding.
Step 4: Save
Click Save Changes to apply your settings.

- Connect your store — Set up your Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, or other integration.
- Set up purchase rewards — Configure how much Bitcoin customers earn on each order.
- Invite your team — Add team members so they can help manage your rewards program.
